Hammond was selected as the construction manager at risk to build a new Fire Station for the City of Streetsboro. The new station was constructed to replace the existing station formerly located on the same property. The new station includes two apparatus bays with attached DECON rooms, kitchen, day room, sleeping quarters, offices, three locker rooms (men’s, women’s, and gear) and a gym. Exterior construction includes new concrete driveways, asphalt parking lot, and a new detention pond.
