Hammond was the construction manager at risk for the new Streetsboro Athletic Complex located on their high school campus. Phase one of the complex featured a new stadium with an artificial turf multi‐purpose field, 8-lane synthetic track, 2100-seat bleachers, stadium lighting and sound system. The second phase of the complex included a field house with restrooms and concessions, new ticket booth and gated entrance.
