Our Reach
While Northeast Ohio is our home, we are active in constructing public buildings throughout the Midwest region of the United States. We were among the first contractors in the region to use the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project delivery method for public projects.
Project specializations include K-12 schools, universities, hospitals, recreation centers, retail, and other types of multiuse facilities.

John is the second generation in his family to provide leadership for Hammond. He is involved with oversight of our project management and self-perform divisions and reinforcing our core values.
HEATHER DAVIS, CPA

Heather is the second generation in her family to provide leadership for Hammond. She is involved with our financial reporting, company-wide accounting practices, and long-range planning.
