Wickliffe PK-12 Campus

Hammond Construction was selected as the Construction Manager at Risk for the New PK-12 School. The new school will be built on the existing High School Campus. The New High School will feature a new Performing Arts Center with 500 seats, large classrooms and an extensive student hub.

The new building will be approximately 204,000 SF and two levels. It will contain academic spaces for grades PK-12 that match the vision of how Wickliffe City Schools will provide education moving forward, featuring spaces for different types of educational activity. In addition to the benefit that this school will have on the students, teachers, and families the district also plans to include a new and improved Family Resource Center in their building plans.
