Hammond and Olsavsky Jaminet Architects teamed with the Mahoning County Educational Service Center to provide design-build services for a new two-story office and training facility. Our team worked extensively with the owner to come up with value engineering ideas to achieve the needs of the building without sacrificing aesthetics and functionality. Our joint efforts saved the client over a half a million dollars. The new facility features an open office concept that is designed to create innovative work spaces that allow for collaboration and flexibility. There are conference spaces, teaching labs, a technology workroom, production room and two large meeting rooms that can be reconfigured into five individual spaces.
