Hammond Construction served as the construction manager at risk for The Ohio State University OARDC campus located in Wooster, Ohio. The new Food, Agriculture and Biological Engineering facility includes research labs, classrooms, faculty offices, support spaces, and site and infrastructure work. The building, centered in the heart of Ohio’s farming community, utilizes state of the art technologies to advance the fields of agricultural production and advanced energy. It is the first LEED project on the OARDC campus.
