As a long-time construction partner of The Timken Company and TimkenSteel, Hammond has successfully completed numerous new construction and renovation projects at multiple Timken locations. This includes a new corporate headquarters, branch offices, and industrial sites. Hammond’s skills in planning, scheduling, and phasing complex construction projects were integral to bringing these projects to a successful completion while allowing employees and operations to continue without interruption. Our most recent partnership involved a $10 million-dollar phased renovation project focused on transitioning the Dueber Campus into the TimkenSteel headquarters.
