New Retail Shopping Center

Hammond acted as the construction manager for the development of new retail shell space in Jackson Township. The project was funded and managed by DeHoff Development. The retail development includes a new Buehler’s Food Market, a 90,000-sf anchor tenant. In addition to Buehler’s, the center will include approximately 50,000 square foot of in-line retail and seven out-lot pads. In addition to constructing the shell space of the complex, Hammond also performed the tenant build-outs for Buehler’s, Starbucks, Pizza Hut and Best Cuts through separate contracts. Buehler’s is a well-known independent regional grocery store operator with a reputation for innovation and creativity.
