Cuyahoga Falls 6-12 Campus

Hammond Construction is the construction manager at risk for Cuyahoga Falls’ new middle/high school. The new campus will be constructed on a site in the center of Cuyahoga Falls, surrounded by many residential homes. This project faced many budgetary constraints in a challenging economic client.  Our team worked diligently to get the project on budget and developed mitigation strategies for potential risks.

The project has moved forward with a groundbreaking celebration in the Fall of 2022. The 365,000 square foot building will take approximately three years to construct. The school will house all students in grades six through twelve. Unique attributes of the school include a 1,400-seat performing arts center, black box theater, dedicated arts and music wing, and new stadium complex. The final phase of work will involve the demolition of Bolich Middle School, which is adjacent to the building site, to complete the final parking lots and drives. The school will be open to students in 2026.
