Green Elementary School and Green Middle School

Hammond Construction is the construction manager at risk for a new building program consolidating the school district from five to four school buildings.

The program includes the construction of a new 6-8 middle school, new 2-5 elementary school and interior renovations to the existing Green Primary School to accommodate PK through first grade. The middle school project also involves a unique partnership between the City of Green and the school district. The Community Courts facility is attached to the new middle school and was fully funded by the City. The athletic complex includes two full-sized basketball courts, an indoor turf field, a walking track and multipurpose rooms. The two new buildings are being constructed concurrently and are in close proximity to existing schools.

The new elementary and middle school will open its doors to students and staff in the Fall of 2025, with final site work wrapping up in 2026.
