North Canton Primary School and North Canton Intermediate School

Hammond Construction is the construction manager at risk for a district-wide improvement plan at North Canton City Schools. This district is concurrently building a new PK-2 and 3-5 school, in an effort to consolidate their elementary population.  The PK-2 building site is in the heart of downtown North Canton and the 3-5 site is adjacent to the existing Clearmount Elementary School.  Market conditions, logistical challenges and labor shortages have impacted this project, yet our Hammond team has worked tirelessly to develop strategies and solutions to keep the construction on schedule.  The buildings will open in 2024.
